The Center of Mass (COM) exercises develop solid fundamentals. The new shooter must be able to promptly establish and maintain a good grip, load or reload smoothly, quickly establish a “good enough” sight picture, and manage recoil. Level 2 is at close range and introduces a reload.
Preparation
- 2 magazines loaded with 10 rounds each.
- Hang the target at 10 feet.
- The starting position is firearm unloaded.
COURSE OF FIRE
- Load and Fire the first magazine at the target.
- Reload
- Fire the second magazine at the target.
