The Center of Mass (COM) exercises develop solid fundamentals. The new shooter must be able to promptly establish and maintain a good grip, load or reload smoothly, quickly establish a “good enough” sight picture, and manage recoil. Level 1 is at close range and simple.
Preparation
- 1 magazine loaded with 10 rounds.
- Hang the target at 10 feet.
- The starting position is firearm unloaded.

- Load and Fire 10 rounds
