Center of Mass Level 2

The Center of Mass (COM) exercises develop solid fundamentals. The new shooter must be able to promptly establish and maintain a good grip, load or reload smoothly, quickly establish a “good enough” sight picture, and manage recoil. Level 2 is at close range and introduces a reload.

Preparation

  • 2 magazines loaded with 10 rounds each.
  • Hang the target at 10 feet.
  • The starting position is firearm unloaded.

COURSE OF FIRE

  • Load and Fire the first magazine at the target.
  • Reload
  • Fire the second magazine at the target.

Time

  • 30 Seconds
